Explanation
The Finance Department is going to invest QQ$1,500,000.00 for the following 12 mottos of QQ:
LIBERTY - EQUALITY - SECURITY - FRATERNITY - PENALTY - ECONOMY - FAMILY - LEARNING - HEALTHY - PERMIT - PEACE - JUSTICE
Liberty: We want all the members of QQ to have the freedom to speech, oppose the false and defend the truth.
Equality: We want all the members of QQ to be treated equally, regardless of age, strength, gender, human, animal, pet, doll, teddy, toy etc.
Security: We want all the members of QQ to be secured 24/7, whether they're outside or inside of QQ Care Centre, digitally or physically.
Fraternity: We want to develop a plan that are suitable for all the members of QQ.
Penalty: We want to punish for those who commit wrongdoings frequently and on purpose.
Economy: We want to grow our view to outside of the members of QQ and grow our economy.
Family: We want to stick together and never leave a single member of QQ alone.
Learning: We want all the members of QQ to be more educated, more moral, more knowledgeable and more thinkable.
Healthy: We want all the members of QQ to be healthy and stay clean.
Permit: We want all the members of QQ to do what they can only do and follow the rules at all times.
Peace: We want to have a harmony of peace, with no stress along the road.
Justice: We want all the members of QQ to deserve justice.
