MyBudget@QQ 2022 (Budget 2022) of the Finance Department by Admin of the FD, OKITO LIM

Under the jurisdiction of Hammer of Justice, under the agency of the Finance Department, under the TWELVE mottos of QQ – Liberty; Equality; Security; Fraternity; Penalty; Economy; Family; Learning; Healthy; Permit; Peace; and Justice. By the representative of the honor Judge, myself, OKITO LIM, and to the wonderful members of QQ.

Good morning and welcome to the debate and the presentation of MyBudget@QQ, or also known as the Budget 2022. Budget 2022 or MyBudget@QQ is an initiative movement by QQ Care Centre to ensure it helps all the members of QQ especially for financial issues. These days, many of our members are receiving maybe over tens of compounds. Most of them even worth hundreds and maybe thousands of them. These days, our members of QQ can’t even buy whatever they wish to on MagasinerQQ™. These days, most of our web portal are outdated, or not up-to-date. We lived in a society where the power of money is, well, basically everything.

That’s why the Finance Department is hoping to improve our so-called ‘outdated society’, by introducing the very first and perhaps largest budget ever in QQ Care Centre’s history.

Before we introduced this budget, we have to make sure that there are democracy of our members of QQ. I urged everyone to vote and approved this budget at the end of my presentation, under the law of the rules of QQ.

We take suggestions very seriously and we heard from every one of you. What can we do to improve QQ? We look at the statics and arrange our budget so we can get the best out of it.

We worked with the Google Wai Kit team, and this is what the founder of Google Wai Kit, myself, OKITO LIM replied: “The Google Wai Kit Team had worked with the Finance Department to ensure all the members of QQ were safe and happy. That’s why we’ve prepared the biggest budget investment in QQ’s history, also known as the Budget 2022 or MyBudget@QQ.

I will continue to make sure that the Finance Department will do the best of their ability to ensure all the members of QQ will get this benefit.

With over 20 suggestions, revised 100% of our statics over and over again, a budget that covers all the members, organizations and agencies of QQ, with easy payout.

I, the admin of the Finance Department is introducing a budget that no one has ever believed for. The 2022 MyBudget@QQ is worth about 33 Million QQ dollars. This budget consists of about 13 initiatives to help boost QQ Care Centre and it will be covering 100% of the economic problems.

As we deep dive in to the budget, we’ll begin with the low bank balance. What we’ve discovered is that most of the members of QQ has bank accounts that are low, even if it is totaled up of ownership.

According to Basketball Bank and Bank of LuX, on average a user’s bank account had around QQ$5,000.00 only in it. Sadly, it only going to be worst, especially receiving penalties.

One member of QQ with less than QQ$1,000 says, “It is difficult to enjoy QQ for bank accounts with a low QQ dollar amount”

The Finance Department will be planning to help those with low QQ dollars bank account by giving a ‘one-off’ amount of QQ$15,000. Eligible users are had existing bank accounts with less than QQ$50,000. In total, 20 users will benefited from this and it is worth about 300 thousand QQ dollars.

We’ll begin giving it starting the end of 2021 and our target is to give for those affected by late January 2022.

As users put their money in the bank, about 90% of the members of QQ do NOT have a source of earning QQ dollars. This makes their bank account to either stay still or decrease.

We understand that providing jobs to the members of QQ don’t help due to low source of income. That’s why the Finance Department is providing a monthly allowance starting January 2022, regardless of the income status and bank balance.

A member of QQ can expect a QQ$10,000.00 transaction deposit to their personal main account monthly for 12 months in 2022. In total, each user will get QQ$120,000.00. Among all the members of QQ, this initiative is worth 3 million QQ dollars.

Speaking of QQ dollars, we should talk about our MagasinerQQ™ sellers, the only platform that QQ dollars are great used to. MagasinerQQ™ is committed to be the only selling platform and the biggest e-Commerce service in QQ. Unfortunately, the Finance Department saw that the platform wasn’t too “boost” enough.

So, the Finance Department would like to improve MagasinerQQ™ by giving the biggest initiative in MagasinerQQ™’s history that will benefit all the sellers of MagasinerQQ™.

Each seller will receive one MagasinerQQ™ homepage product advertisement worth QQ$1,000, one normal package of QQtv advertisement worth QQ$26,250 and fifty shipments of EDL-1, EDL-2 or EDL-3, regardless of distance or price worth QQ$500.

In total, One-million, 362-thousand and 500 QQ dollars were given to our sellers.

When buying stuff, we ship. So what about, ‘you shipped’? The Envelope Delivery for Lazyness, or EDL is the best way to deliver something from up to down, north to south, or west to east. Unfortunately not many people use the service that much. That's why the Finance Department is giving some vouchers for those who were desperately want to try it.

Each members of QQ will get five EDL-1 shipment to anywhere for FREE, valid for 6 months and one EDL-4 shipment worth 250 QQ dollars or 12 Malaysian Ringgit and 50 sen for FREE, valid for 6 months.

In total, we were able to let our members of QQ to ship freely for 12 thousand QQ dollars.

When shipping stuff going up and down, we, the Finance Department, along with the other agencies of QQ, strongly believed JUSTICE. The Finance Department is going to invest 1.5 Million QQ dollars for the following 12 mottos of QQ:

• Liberty: We want all the members of QQ to have the freedom to speech, oppose the false and defend the truth.

• Equality: We want all the members of QQ to be treated equally, regardless of age, strength, gender, human, animal, pet, doll, teddy, toy etc.

• Security: We want all the members of QQ to be secured 24/7, whether they're outside or inside of QQ Care Centre, digitally or physically.

• Fraternity: We want to develop a plan that are suitable for all the members of QQ.

• Penalty: We want to punish for those who commit wrongdoings frequently and on purpose.

• Economy: We want to grow our view to outside of the members of QQ and grow our economy.

• Family: We want to stick together and never leave a single member of QQ alone.

• Learning: We want all the members of QQ to be more educated, more moral, more knowledgeable and more thinkable.

• Healthy: We want all the members of QQ to be healthy and stay clean.

• Permit: We want all the members of QQ to do what they can only do and follow the rules at all times.

• Peace: We want to have a harmony of peace, with no stress along the road.

• Justice: We want all the members of QQ to deserve justice.

The money will be used for the immediate demand approval for the use of the twelve mottos and the new motto of QQ logo, which may be used on our official logo.

The special thing here is that we’re currently being recorded, then our so-called ‘producers’ will add them on QQtv. QQtv is one of the best entertainment system in QQ and we cannot lose that trophy. We also remain Berita QQtv and QQadvisory™ as one of the trusted news source and guidelines in QQ. We also expanding our entertainment system with QQtv On The Spot, where viewers can watch shows anytime around the clock and anywhere around the world.

To keep QQtv even more better, we're going to invest 500 thousand QQ dollars to the QQtv management. This can better the show, entertainment, guide source and ease.

Safety is number one priority, so insurance should covers everything, right? If anything went wrong, wouldn't they need a payback? They do. If they went wrong, the Finance Department is willing to pay back.

But what if the Finance Department develop a premium insurance plan but they cost very expensive, like 20 or even 30 thousand QQ dollars a month for example, to cover for just one month? Not many people can even afford it.

That's why the Finance Department is providing the biggest compensation ever, to develop a premium insurance plan that anyone can afford, even if they have QQ$0 in their bank. That is, FREE premium insurance plan.

We're not going to talk about the price of the insurance, we're going to talk about the compensation of the something went wrong.

What if one member of QQ was covered with a QQ$1,000,000 limit? That will be very cool, and to cover all of the members of QQ, we’ll going to need 25 Million QQ dollars. The amount is very insane, but the most insane than the amount of this initiative is the ‘accidents’ that may occur.

Deep dive in, WD® My Passport® is a great Solid State Drive (SSD) to store your files. But unfortunately, not many people can afford to store more. Right now, the Laptop Department is only offering 5 GB of private folder for free. The next package is 15 GB which cost 525 QQ dollars a month.

That is why the Finance Department is working with the Laptop Department to provide 30 GB of private folder for all of the members of QQ for the first two months of 2022 (a.k.a. 1st January till 28th February for those who did not subscribed yet) for FREE.

Not only that, the Finance Department is providing 30 GB of private folder for FREE for those who has a total bank account balance less than a thousand and five hundred QQ dollars afterwards monthly until the end of 2022. In total, this entire WD® My Passport® initiative is worth about a hundred fifty-seven thousand and five-hundred QQ dollars.

Next up, we’re back with MagasinerQQ™, but for the systems. MagasinerQQ™ is committed to be the only selling platform and the biggest e-Commerce service in QQ. Unfortunately, the Finance Department saw that the platform wasn’t too “boost” enough.

The Finance Department would like to improve MagasinerQQ™ by giving the biggest initiative in MagasinerQQ™’s history, for a hundred thousand QQ dollars. It will benefit the developers of MagasinerQQ™.

When speaking of MagasinerQQ™, we also introduced a trader’s license for loom rubber bands. As of now, no submission regarding the loom rubber bands trading license. This is because the price are too high or trading Loom Rubber Bands isn’t the interest of the members of QQ.

To raise the amount of traders in order to grow our economy, the Finance Department will be giving 3 additional months of trader’s license renewal for free after registration. Originally, once register, the trader’s license will be active for 1 month. This time around, it will be for 1 plus 3 FREE renewed months.

Trading loom rubber bands must have a trader’s license under QQ rules Penal Code 58 Act 2021.

Renew fees for one month is QQ$15. To sum it up new traders will receive 3 months of renew license worth QQ$45.00. In total to cover the entire members of QQ, this initiative is worth about a thousand, one-hundred and twenty-five QQ dollars.

In order to grow our economy, protecting our rights and continue to held immediate justice, we need to hire users in order to have enough manpower.

That's why the Finance Department is planning on creating jobs and compensating heroes with a Million QQ dollars salary, or reward.

The Chinese New Year 2022 is just around the corner. This means we need to have the excitement every year and achieve the things we need to do for the year.

The Finance Department is investing in a hundred fifty thousand QQ dollars for the Chinese New Year vibes all around our portals and inside of QQ.

Finally, December 2021 was one of the worst day for land across QQ Care Centre, as floods occur everywhere, rain for non-stop and lack of alerts.

The Finance Department is willing to help alerting advice and future alerts by investing more on the EAS, with an initiative by us for fifty thousand QQ dollars.

These are the biggest and the most powerful initiatives by the Finance Department. Under the democracy for our members of QQ, we urge the members of QQ to help vote ‘YES’ for this budget.
